Nancy provides top rated real estate service. She is extremely professional and builds a team of other professionals to assist with your real estate buying quest. I believe her ability to quickly ascertain answers to my questions was central to my recent purchase. That being said, her drive to communicate with me is what sets her apart from others. Nancy was so great to work with! She was immediately ready to help us with our home search and kept right with us as we went back and forth constantly on what we wanted and if we were really ready to move at the same time. When a home came up on the market while she was on vacation she was still doing everything for us on vacation! She went to bat for us when things were called out on our home and continued to fight for us all the way through the process. It would seriously have been a nightmare to get into this home without Nancy and her dedication to make sure everything was up to our expectations! I wouldn’t hesitate for even a second to recommend Nancy to anyone looking to buy or sell. She is incredibly honest and thorough! I hope we aren’t moving for a long while because she did such a great job helping us get into our new home, but the second we think about it we will be calling Nancy!

We wanted to downsize to a single level home in retirement. After we received an offer on our existing home, Nancy found us the perfect new home & sold two of our building sites all in a period of about ten days. Pretty impressive work for any agent.
