If it tells you how good of a realtor Nancy is, we weren't even looking to buy or sell our current house when we met her. Within 3 weeks she found us our dream home, put our house on the market and sold it! We couldn't have done It without her, she was up at all hours of the night getting everything situated. Anything we needed done she was right there. From helping pack boxes, staging our house, getting contractors in to help, and making us feel at ease. You name it she did it!

It was a genuine pleasure having Nancy Curtiss work for me. I will remember her enthusiasm and excellent service. She was absolutely superior in customer care, competence and follow-through. I have worked with a lot of agents buying and selling homes in my lifetime but I will stick with Nancy. It was a privilege to have Nancy work with me. She was friendly, knowledgeble, skillfull and a master in her trade. Her ability to communicate and negotiate are far superior.

In 1999 when My mom, my husband and I were looking for a home to build Nancy helped us find our place. She helped with finding just the right location, had to be gated and be handicap accessible. She worked with us in the building process, she helped create a home that we have loved all these years. I have admiration and trust in her. She was honest, straight forward and so helpful. Thank you for the opportunity to share what a great help she was.

Nancy helped my husband and I search for a home in the Billings, MT area. We were not easy clients, we had two options, homes if we sold our current house, and then homes if we did not sell our house. We were very particular, must have at least 2 car garage, no homes with vinyl siding, only in certain neighborhoods, 2 different price ranges..... we were only available to look nights and weekends. To say the least this would be hard for anyone to attempt. She did a marvelous job, very patient with us, showed us the same house more than once, was available to us when we needed her to be. Very professional, made us feel like we were her favorite customers and it turned out we could not buy a home after all as my husband is being transferred to another state. If you want to work with someone who is upbeat, will not show you homes above your price comfort, who is even willing to drive out and look at homes before showing them because the listing did not say vinyl etc.. then Nancy is your best choice. We have worked with many very nice professional realtors, but she just made it feel like you were friends. I trusted her and in today's world that says a lot.

Nancy is great to work with. She is tactful and has superior interpersonal skills. Nancy is a born leader and team player. She worked with contractors to get my home in good condition to show. She explained every step of the the paperwork involved in selling my home. Nancy is professional all the way!
