Nancy was just amazing helping me sell my house as well as getting into a new place. She went above and beyond to make the process as simple as possible. Nancy Curtis, who is based out of Billings, MT., was referred to me by the mgr. of the bank who held the mortgage on my property. I had 3 lots, which the bank agreed we could short sale. From the moment I contacted Nancy she aggressively marketed the properties and within a couple of weeks sold two of the 3 lots to different buyers. She negotiated not only with the buyers, but also the bank and everything went very smoothly. During the entire process she kept me informed and was always diligent in getting things done. I have one more lot to sell and there is no doubt she will get it sold in a timely manor. I can't say enough about Nancy's abilities to get the job done. I would certainly use her again and recommend her to anyone.
