I don’t know where to start with how fortunate we were to find Jennifer and her team in our search for our Montana Dream Home. Jennifer was patient, informative and understanding while working with us cross country in our pursuit of a special piece of Montana. Jennifer arranged for some last minute and impromptu showings, not always an easy task, and spent time educating us on the surrounding Flathead Region. She helped “close the deal” and facilitated the final negotiations. Once we had an agreement of sale, Jennifer and her staff spent endless hours -from arranging contractors and inspectors to thoroughly going over the house from top to bottom. As we were living on the east coast, we could not always attend each and every meeting. She left us with no worries-thoroughly and expeditiously getting needed info to us for review. I often wondered when she slept- as I often woke to text/email updates of what has been done or what needed to be done. No one worked harder than Jennifer. She and her network of clients and other professionals, make buying and selling easy. Jennifer sold our home fast and helped us buy a new home. She is great at what she does. She is very friendly and professional and has great knowledge of the homes and market in this area. We were out of state buyers looking in a new area and Jennifer took the time to educate us. Once we identified the property we wanted, Jennifer negotiated a terrific deal with a very skilled and savvy seller. We closed in 34 days and are looking forward to spending most of our time in the area. She has been very helpful in providing us with the local services and contacts. We will definitively use her again when purchasing rental properties.

Jennifer was an unknown to us. We found her online from reading reviews. Wow! She is great. Start to work with her and your confidence level just increases with every action on her part. She helped us find and purchase a property in Montana while we live in Ohio. She got an inspector to the property within 2 days while we were still in town, so we could walk through he property with him. She hooked us up with the most professional bankers, movers etc. I can't say enough about her keeping track of everything in the legal loan process and purchase agreements. Even a temporary lease back agreement. You will be very happy if you choose Jennifer. Honest, personable and professional. We will consider her a friend when we get to town.
