Highly recommended!!!! 2018 Update: Well, we have now sold this house and as I said, Jennifer would be the one to list it. Here is our timeline....We emailed Jennifer around Oct 10, 2018 and told her we were THINKING of moving out of state and if she would be interested in listing the house. She came by the next day and did a walk thru to give us an idea of the value and the current market. We signed the contract the next day for the listing. One thing I like about their process is that they don't just throw a listing on the market without it being ready to go live. They want it perfect from the start. Around Oct 15, pictures were taken with the same person that took the pictures when we purchased the house. We really wanted to use him again as we really liked the pics the first time. On Oct 21, the listing went live, and boy did it go live quick. Within the first few hours we had multiple showings scheduled. Within the first few days we had multiple offers, all well above asking price. We actually ended up with a primary contract and two backup contracts...all well above asking price. When the primary contract didn't go thru (buyers with way to many issues to deal with) Jennifer was able to get the secondary contract into place very quick. We ended up closing with the backup contract on Dec 7th. We literally went from thinking about putting the house on the market in early Oct to closing within two months. Not an easy task in Montana, especially missing out on the summer selling season and going into winter time very quickly. Both our purchase and sell of the house went perfect. Always great communication and attention to detail. Jennifer and her team are so knowledgeable with the whole process. The whole process just couldn't have gone better.

Jennifer is in the right industry. As soon as we mentioned we wanted to list our house, she got on it. Every part of the process had Jennifer involved and we loved it! Even through a really cold, snowy, winter and holidays, our home was getting great exposure to buyers. She did a terrific job with our listing and sold it in less than 45 days when everyone else said, "maybe in the spring it will sell."

Jennifer Shelley provided excellent service and professionalism! Superb communication, very patient and knowledgeable, she always had time for me when I had questions or concerns.
