In 30 years of buying and selling home across the world, we never had such a professional, detail oriented and excellent negotiator as Jennifer. Not only did she understood our need and our lifestyle , but she did not waste our time, presenting us only with a gem amongst a few real potential properties. Selling/buying a home is one of the most stressful events in a person’s life. For me, the most important traits when teaming with a real estate agent are character, expertise and work ethic. I want to always work with a “Person of Integrity”. Jennifer’s qualifications are second to none. She is one of the best, if not best, real estate agents in Montana. Just check her stats. She backs up that impressive work ethic with dependable and comprehensive service to her clients. Nothing is too hard for her, she is fearless, and will get the job done. I listed my townhouse for sale with Jennifer and she successfully listed, showed, sold and closed escrow in less than 60 days! Two years prior Jennifer had assisted us in a search for a new home. She patiently assisted us with property & wished us only the best when we decided to build a new home. So for the sale of my townhouse we interviewed several but selected Jennifer for the job. She and her team of experts were outstanding providing advice and assistance for staging & listing. They prepared an amazing ‘book’ of house, neighborhood and city features. We listed at what we thought was a fair price and the house sold in less than two weeks, record time for this area! The two most appreciated skills Jennifer brought to the table was the advice for staging/pricing and her ability to ‘close the deal’. A few surprises arose during inspections and she expertly guided us through the process and worked skillfully with the buyers agents to keep all both sides focused and on track to close. Nothing speaks louder than success!

We listed/sold our Swan Lake property with Jennifer and were very pleased with the process. Very professional. We received showing reports which gave us instant feedback on what potential buyers liked and did not like about the property. This really helped us make some decisions as to potential upgrades and the listing price. A big plus as well was her support staff. Kathy Mansfield did a great job communicating with us and the process of showings and requests was seamless. When Jennifer was not available Kathy was. They are a good team. Jennifer's knowledge and expertise of that market ensures that we will be contacting her for any of our future real estate needs.
