I was a lot, bare land, that we purchased so it was straight forward for us. David knew all the ins and outs of the deal. We closed in less than 2 weeks which was nice. He represented the seller also so it was tough for him to advise, hence only a 4 star on negotiation skills

David is a rockstar! He sold our home in a difficult market time and kept the most positive attitude the entire time which helped ease our stress. He is super professional and an amazing person! I would recommend David to anyone looking to buy or sell their home as he has helped us do both processes with the ease of a true professional! A++++

David did an incredible job in marketing our property. He was also very good at letting us know about showings and making sure that the showing of our home was convenient for us. He was professional at all times and very knowledgable about the area. Another impressive aspect about David was that he represented both buyer and seller and was amazing in representing both of us is a fair and neutral manner. I would recommend David to anyone interested in buying or selling their home in the Flathead Valley of Montana.

If you are reading this then you are looking for the absolute best agent in the area, look no further. David worked tirelessly to help us secure a riverfront piece of property on the Swan River. My wife and I are convinced that without his expertise we would not have been able to call The Flathead valley our home in this competitive market.

Our property sold in less than 20 HOURS! Yes, you read that right! David communicated with me and my husband throughout the 2 week close and we couldn't be more happy with his service. Thanks David!
