Take a look at the other reviews for Dave... do you see anything other than 5 stars? No.... you don't. That's because Dave is simply the best. Before listing our home with Dave, we had our home listed with two other agents who could not get the job done. Lesson learned. PLEASE learn from our mistakes... go with the best first, and Dave is the BEST! Dave is kind, understanding, thoughtful, prompt, courteous, respectful, and smart. If only Dave had set his sights beyond real estate, we would probably already have solutions to the world's great problems including time travel, dark matter, nuclear fission, and discovering the fountain of youth.

Understands Flathead lake front property values are different than non-lakefront property values. He has seen values fall and rise in the past and did not pressure us to lower our asking price. He was very professional in negotiating with prospective buyers and communicated with us in a very timely manner. He told us exactly what to do, when to do it and followed through to make sure all the details were taken care of. This is the 2nd Flathead property David has sold for us. David is a pro. I highly recommend him. Over a year ago, I had no nibbles on the property I listed with David. I pulled the listing and I rented for a year and then out of the blue David called and had a buyer for me. Timing is everything and David has great timing.
