David was absolutely the best, without him we never would have been able to complete our purchase, from start to finish he was able to answer all of our questions, show us any and all houses we were interested in, no matter how short the time frame, he never "rushed" us, he was more like a friend than a agent. He was the example of how a real estate agent is supposed to represent their clients, not just someone that puts out a sign and waits. Could not have asked for a better agent to represent us. Only regrets are this is probably our last home purchase and we won't have the opportunity to use David again.

David did what I asked as far as the general situation sale of the property (we were not in a hurry and did end up waiting for the right buyer) and I felt he was in my corner all the way. David is patient, well-spoken, firm, intelligent and deeply rooted and regarded in the Flathead Valley. He was always available when we had any question and is 110% tech-savvy.
