David Fetveit is the consummate professional in every respect. His initial sales price evaluation was spot on. He was responsive to all our questions and concerns. And, as a result, our lake property sold quickly and without any complications. We highly recommend him.

This is our third major transaction with David and there is a reason we return to him for our real estate needs. He demonstrates expertise in this unique market, is quick to respond and addresses issues we wouldn't have thought to worry about. I can recommend him with great confidence.

David's local knowledge of the market, poise, professionalism, and positive nature all shone through during our house search and purchase. We flew in from out of state on tight schedules to accomplish this goal and he was prompt, thoughtful and helped us navigate an otherwise stressful period, extracting value on our behalf and supporting us through and beyond the sale, including letting me beat him at golf after closing. I would recommend his services to anybody.
