Sheila spent a great deal of time and energy showing me local investment property in a number of local areas. As a new investor, Sheila was incredibly helpful with her expertise of the market, she knew every current property that I might have an interest in, in a variety of price ranges. She also provided me with a list of financial institutions, contractors to do the work necessary, and what the property could potentially sell for. Her knowledge of the market was very apparent with her timely responses of what new properties came on the market, I truly felt I had an inside track on what properties were available. I would highly recommend using Sheila for real estate needs.

Shelia spent weeks with us both showing us homes or checking in with us when we went to open houses on our own. She never was too busy or out of touch. At last we feel in love and immediately called Sheila. She jumped into action that day and walked us through the process. Not long after we had Sheila put an offer in we got the news that another couple was just slightly faster. However, all hope was not lost as the builder was planning the exact house we had fallen in love with. Sheila brought us the good news and helped us navigate through the paperwork. As the builder brought ourhome to life Sheila checked in with us. The day we signed the papers to make our dream a reality Sheila stood by us and helped to explain everything. I had never bought a house let alone had one built. Sheila made me feel prepared. If my husband and I had a question or concern she immediately responded and did what was needed.
