Sheila was wonderful! She is very professional and easy to work with. When we sold our house, we needed it to sell quickly, and she guided us very well to "price it to sell" vs pricing it too high to have it sit too long. We had a great offer in 3 days! She knows the Billings area (and surroundings) very well and I trusted her judgement. She came recommended to me from a friend, and I'd happily refer her to anyone else needing a great realtor!

She sent us referrals for lenders and mortgages brokers, helped us to define the kind of house we were looking for, helped in every way to make our trans-state move as easy as possible. Her expertise in housing was apparent from the first viewing. She went more than the proverbial mile when she spent an entire four-day weekend with us to find the perfect house for our needs in the best location and at the right price. Sheila's expertise included heating, plumbing, roofing, electrical - all the essentials that home buyers sometimes overlook when they love a house.
