Sheila is excellent! She did a wonderful job helping us sell our home for a competitive price, as well as, helping us negotiate a finished basement for our new home! Sheila understands the local housing market and she has a great work ethic. We are busy with work and family, Sheila made herself available at times that were convenient for us. Sheila helped us in staging our home to make it more marketable. Sheila showed us several homes that fit our criteria and was very responsive to emails/texts. Sheila is personable and honest. She has hustle and tenacity, which is exactly what we were looking for in a real estate professional. We will work with Sheila again!

Sheila was a pleasure to work with in finding our first home. We had a 4 day period in which to find our home, as we were traveling from a different state, and Sheila spent a majority of her time with us showing us 10 homes. She is extremely knowledgeable on the entire city of Billings (and beyond) as we looked at homes all over town. She really put my husband and me at ease and gave us confidence that we would find a perfect home for us. We walked away from our first home buying experience amazed at how seamless and easy the whole process was and that is completely due to Sheila! We have now been in our home for a little over a year and I still correspond with Sheila with any questions that I have. She is always prompt and friendly in her response. I couldn't recommend Sheila highly enough!

When I was ready to sell my home, I knew I could trust Sheila to be honest, fair, and guide me through the process. I knew nothing about selling or buying a home. Sheila was nothing but professional and honest through the sale. Then when I needed to find a home to purchase, she listened to my needs and wants, and anticipated even beyond, to find me the perfect home. Her honesty, the good and even not so good, makes her the professional who you want to work with and you know will have your best interest at heart.

Shiela is the best. She stands up for her clients. She sold our home in Huntley MT. And Helped us find our forever home in Billings.She made everything a easy and enjoyable process. She worked late and canceled personal stuff when we found our forever home and needed to get our offer in as soon as possible. She is very knowledgeable about the market and the community. Shiela Larsen sold us our first home. Then she helped us sell our first home 5 years later. Now because of Shiela’s hard work and knowledge we are in our Forever Home. Shiela is the best, she is knowledgeable about the community and a hard worker. She dropped her plans several times when we would call last minute and ask to look at a house that had just dropped on the market. We couldn’t have done it with out her.
