It is with great pleasure that my wife and I write this review for Wendy Widhalm and Hamann Real Estate. Wendy was referred to me by Carlos Castro from IfreedomDirect when we were looking at purchasing a home in Solano County. That was back in June/July 2010. We were impressed with her ability to get right into a working relationship with our VA Loan Rep Agent. The process with her was not a daunting as I was expecting. Wendy was great during my home shopping journey. This was my first home buying experience and she was great at steering me through the intricacies of foreclosures and short sales. I settled on a short sale home and it was a long process that was at times frustrating and tested my patience, Wendy was always supportive and understanding when I would be at my limit of patience. I would highly recommend her to anyone looking around the Solano county area.
