We had the pleasure of working with Wendy on 2 occasions, as both buyer and seller. She was exceptionally helpful when thoroughly describing each step of buying and selling process. She went above and beyond when she assisted us in our relocation to southern California. Wendy even went so far as to forward some important documents for us and sent us a sweet sweater from a local bakery as a Benicia keepsake. Wendy did a excellent job of marketing our house with a beatiful Bifold presentation and an excellent video. She was exetremely helpful before and after the sale with all aspects of both the seller and the buyer making sure it was a smooth transition for both parties. Her target pricing was spot on, we woulod highly recommend Wendy to anyone looking to buy or sell a home in this area.

I needed help to sell a house. I was completely lost as to what to do, so I called Wendy. She immediately explained what I needed to do and we got started. Wendy laid out the time line and all of the things I was required to do. I was impressed with how Wendy made the process flow and kept me and the buyer on track to meet all the time lines. Wendy is an excellent and professional realtor and I would recommend her to anyone buying or selling a house.
