My husband & I met with Wendy several times to see various homes in the Benicia/Vallejo areas. She was always professional, and well-prepared, with MLS printouts of each home. After we’d seen the houses she’d selected for that day, she asked us for feedback so she could gather info about our likes and dislikes. Once we began working with her, she referred us to a wonderful mortgage company. The process really went smoothly. Wendy kept us informed throughout, and stayed in close contact by text. When we withdrew an offer due to expensive deferred maintenance, we requested that we see another home that we found the very next day. She didn’t question our decision, and she took us to see the home that we eventually purchased! It all worked out and we’re extrememly happy. We were totally pleased with our real estate experience with Wendy. She has a fun sense of humor, and was able to help us through the sometimes daunting amount of paperwork. We highly recommend Wendy to anyone who is looking for real estate. She will take excellent care of you!

Wendy was absolutely amazing during our house hunt. She listen to what we were looking for and always sent us listing she thought would fit for us. She gave us her honest opinion of each place (instead of just trying to get us to purchase the first thing that we saw) and really made us feel that she was invested in our happiness of our future home. She even worked with us while she was out of town on her vacation. Great person and great agent!

Wendy is a great partner to have on any real estate deal. She's extremely patient: We worked with her for more than two years before we finally went through with selling our house and buying a new one. We never felt like Wendy was trying to push us into anything to get a commission. She's very responsive, knowledgeable, and clear. And the best thing is that she's very calm. Real estate deals are inherently nerve-wracking so having a calm presence around really helps. We'd work with Wendy again in a heartbeat.
