Working with Wendy was the most calming part of the entire home-buying experience. I looked forward to speaking with her, even if it was just for a minute as I dropped off some paperwork. Other people and companies within the process were frustrating at times, and when discussing the situation with Wendy, she would immediately grab her phone and tell me, let me find out for you. She was the greatest mediator between myself and the title company, loan company and even the sellers. She helped the sellers with many of their questions and paperwork as well!Out of all the people we had to fill out paperwork for or provide paperwork to, Wendy was the most organized and we were never asked for repeat paperwork, lost paperwork, or paperwork that was missed. Going through this process several times in the past, this was by far the hardest experience because of the requirements today, but Wendy was always there for us, being a sounding board for our frustrations, finding out answers to our many questions, and being the positive light at the end of the tunnel. I highly recommend Wendy to anyone that is worried about how daunting the home-buying experience can be. She will make it seem fun, calm, and easy.

We worked with Wendy in January of this year on the purchase of a home in Benicia. She had to step into the process just as we were about to make a bid as the agent we were working with had a medical emergency. Everything went very smoothly. This included working through a couple of rounds of offers and counter-offers. She got the inspections lined up with quality people and made it happen. She gave balanced advice on working through issues and was very responsive when I had questions or needed to get something scheduled. Time from first offer to Close of Escrow was just over two weeks (it was a cash deal) with no mistakes. Good job!!!

2016: Once again Wendy changed our life. We loved our condo but after a few years we are definitely ready to move on. I contacted Wendy to work with us again and she didn't disappoint! The market conditions did not favor us much, on either the selling or buying end, but Wendy was extremely patient and never pressured us. I've been bugging her with my inability to make quick decisions and she's helped us figure things out without pushing us to decide either way, just some helpful guidance to get us through and consider all the variables. I hear about realtors pushing their clients in to more expensive homes to increase their commission and Wendy never does this. With the sale of our condo a little less than I had hoped for due to the market changes, she ensured that we stayed within a reasonable budget, even lower than we initially thought we could handle, and it was an experience for sure. Wendy endured for 4 long months with us on this emotional roller coaster, and next time we are ready to do this (not anytime soon...whew!), I'll be asking her to put up with us once more! 2012: Wendy was awesome! We got house fever and the house we were looking at went off the market so I was curious and contacted the realtor, Wendy. Although we couldn't get the house we liked, Wendy was so helpful that it motivated us to go ahead and look into buying a house. She referred us to a lender who was very helpful too! A month later, we found the condo we wanted and Wendy explained everything thoroughly. This was our first home purchase, and it was a short sale, we had no clue what we were doing but Wendy guided us through the whole process. It took 4 months for the short sale to be approved and another 6 weeks to close and move in. Wendy put up with me bombarding her with endless questions! She was friendly, easy going and made our first home experience as smooth as can be!

Wendy is definitely one of the best agents in the area and I highly suggest you work with her if possible. She helped me thru the entire purchasing process and met me to view several homes before finding the right one for me. She is responsive, trustworthy and has good knowledge of the area and market. If you're lucky enough to get her as your agent you will not be disappointed.

Wendy was great! She was recommended to us by a friend after we told them that our previous realtor didn't really listen to what we wanted. Wendy showed us listings listened to what we were looking for and what we weren't adjusted and eventually we found exactly what we wanted...while being patient and responsive.

As a first time home buyer, I was absolutely clueless. I chose Wendy because so many of the homes I was browsing had her, or someone from her agency, as the listing agent. I took a chance and emailed Wendy only to ask her a couple of questions. Knowing nothing about me, she answered all of my questions (showing that she truly paid attention to my email) and gave me a couple of suggestions on whom to use as a mortgage lender. Throughout the entire process, she remembered that I did not know much about the home purchasing process and so was careful not to talk "above my head," she answered my questions in less than 24 hours every time, and negotiated everything she could very successfully. On top of that, the lending agent I went with was her recommendation and he was just as on top of his game making them a great team to have in my corner. A wealth of knowledge, friendly, assertive - a true professional. Wendy is HIGHLY RECOMMENDED.
