I recently had the privilege of working with Nancy Curtiss. I was oblivious to how much work has to be done in purchasing a home and all that needed to be checked. I also was working long hours and had no time. Nancy just took control and was a tough negotiator on my behalf. She took all the stress out of buying and was relentless in getting me the best deal. She is trustworthy and I found her integrity without question. I would HIGHLY recommend her for ANY project you are involved in!

My wife and I first contacted Dave on accident, we wanted to look at a home and he was the first agent listed on the Zillow page for that home so we figured he was the listing agent, he was not. We were so very lucky to have made that mistake! David was a true blessing for us. We don't believe we would have gotten our new home with out his tenacious pursuit on our behalf. David took us to many houses we wanted to see, but we soon found out why each of them were still on the market. Every time my wife wanted to see a home David made himself available to show her, and then graciously did it again when my wife wanted to show me a home she liked. When we finally found our new home David got us in to be the first showing we put in an offer at the end of the showing. David meet with the owner on her lunch break, and we had a buy sell agreement before the second showing (I believe their were three scheduled the first day after it was listed). No one else even had a chance. David really did everything he could to make sure the home that we feel in love with was ours. He even lent us a lawnmower to use until we could acquire one. If you want a real-estate agent who is truly on your side give David a call.

David was very easy to work with and found houses that were good choices for us and ultimately the house we bought. He also found a buyer for our previous home and worked with a difficult buyer for my wife's building. He communicated well with us and made the experience of changing homes a smooth transition. He was very patient with us and listened to our concerns. If I were buying or selling any real estate, David is who I would go to and who I will recommend to anyone buying or selling.

Stephanie is the best!!! She helped us sell an investment property and then purchase a new property. Stephanie and Erik did an outstanding job marketing our rental ... and then finding the perfect new place! Buying and selling can be a stressful process ... Stephanie made the process actually fun!

John has helped me buy several investment properties. He's developed an intuition for the types of properties that appeal to my husband and me as investors, and has been instrumental in helping us to close deals with the best possible terms. He knows my husband and I are not shopping emotionally, so he works hard to negotiate the most financially advantageous purchase agreements. His hard bargaining has helped us to maximize the profits from our little fleet of rental properties. Sheila is absolutely top notch! She has helped us buy and sell a home in Billings; the latest being the sale of our home prior to our move to Arizona. She was great in negotiating with the purchaser's agent, getting us the best possible deal. My husband and I moved two weeks after going under contract and left Sheila in charge of everything. She came through with flying colors! She handled everything from inspection items to sprinkler repairs and cleaning of the house and kept us informed all through the process. I would highly recommend Sheila for anyone buying or selling a home in Billings! She's simply the best!

David was the reason this deal came together, his negotiating skills and understanding of the benefits for both parties was impressive and in the end I think it worked well for everyone. David's honest (non hard sell) style, energy, sense of humor and knowledge of the process was great. I had contacted two realtors in the Flathead valley over the past year to help with our search and neither of them paid any attention to us after they realized we weren't going to buy anything that day or anything they had currently listed....David being our realtor was totally by chance as he had the property listed that we were interested in.
