His presence was invariably calm and unflappable. He understood human and family emotional dynamics and helped us navigate these. He brought a strong sense of ethical integrity, especially critical when he became the double agent in the transaction. Kerry is professional and courteous. As first time home buyers, my wife and I relied heavily on Kerry's expertise and experience. She kept us informed every step of the way and provided sound advice throughout the process. Kerry immediately had an email delivered to us with MLS listings that met our criteria, as well as, email updates. She was prompt to show us the houses with which we had interest and she was available on weekends, working around our schedule. When we were ready to make an offer, we leveraged her experience to draft a fair offer. Our offer was accepted without negotiations or counters. With Kerry's help, we did not experience the stress in home buying that is often stated.

If it tells you how good of a realtor Nancy is, we weren't even looking to buy or sell our current house when we met her. Within 3 weeks she found us our dream home, put our house on the market and sold it! We couldn't have done It without her, she was up at all hours of the night getting everything situated. Anything we needed done she was right there. From helping pack boxes, staging our house, getting contractors in to help, and making us feel at ease. You name it she did it!

Jennifer Shelley is extremely detailed, puts in many hours and a lot of work to close the deal. She really does a lot of work! She definitely understands the real estate market and how the process moves along, and will put in endless hours to get the job done. Ours was no easy sale and she never quit. Our house was on the market about a year, with 85 showings - I honestly felt sorry for her toward the end. It was a long haul. She was knowledgeable and detailed, and fair. She was extremely diligent about sending and emailing documents for review, etc. We live out of state and the transaction was conducted long distance. She kept us posted on any developments and sent feedback from every showing. I was amazed how many hours she put in. She always answered her texts and emails promptly. The only negative I would give her is that she rarely answered the phone, it was mainly text and there were some issues that needed discussion and would have been easier to resolve over the phone than typing everything out (I'm old school). Other than that, yes, I would strongly recommend Jennifer Shelley as a Flathead Valley realtor.

Jennifer is a real professional, and we appreciate all she did for us. Since we live out of state, all the traits you mentioned above were VERY important to us, but you left out a few traits I really liked - cheerfulness, perseverance, and willingness to do everything we asked cheerfully! It was really a joy to work with Jennifer. She was way above the norm, as both my husband and I fell qualified to say since we are both real estate brokers.
