I had the distinct pleasure of working with Jolena while in the Sandpoint, ID area looking for properties. Jolena was very knowledgeable about the area, the market and current trends. She met me at the pre-arranged time then drove me to a couple of homes (one off-grid in the middle of nowhere) for viewings. Chance is a hard working realtor/broker. Our seemingly easy sale had a few hiccups, but Chance stayed on top of all changes and kept us informed with details all along the way. Chance is prompt and courteous, honest and very knowledgeable about real estate . Transactions can be daunting because of all the legalities, we were very confident in Chance's abilities to advise us wisely when we had decisions to make. Matthew Hohnberger is an excellent real estate agent with vast knowledge of the Flathead Valley real estate market, water rights, land, etc. I highly recommend this agent to anyone looking for land and/or a home to buy in the area. Matthew will strive to find the perfect home for your needs and he will work to get the best price if you are selling your home, as well. I completely trusted him with managing the listing for 3 homes that were sold quickly and have also trusted his wise advice on purchasing 2 homes in the Flathead Valley. David was very professional in every way. Went above and beyond to meet our expectations without being high pressured at all. Was very accommodating during and after the signing of our agreement. I had the pleasure of working with Linda when buying my first home and I can tell you it would NOT have happened without her. I was new to the buying process and her patience and understanding made what could have been a daunting and overwhelming experience, easy and rewarding. I had many questions, all of which she answered regardless of the time of day, including weekends. She talked me through the buying process and genuinely looked out for my best interests. When some unexpected speed bumps popped up she handled them easily and with tremendous efficiency. I trust her implicitly. This home is my biggest investment and I could not have been happier with Linda or with the property. Matthew Hohnberger is an exceptional real estate agent. He is very in tune with the local market. Matthew is honest, hardworking, and will do his best for you. Some real estate agents don't respond in a timely fashion, but that has never been our experience with Matthew. He has excellent communication skills. If you ask his opinion on something, he is going to give you his honest opinion, no beating around the bush. Mr. Hohnberger is one of the top real estate agents we have had the pleasure of working with. We recommend him highly.

I was flying into the area for a long weekend specifically to house hunt. Leading up to the trip the person we were working with was not providing the service we felt like we needed. So with only a few days before my arrival I called Linda out of the blue to see if she was available. From that first returned call to after closing she was incredible. She handled herself with an impeccable degree of professionalism and integrity. Being new to the area, her knowledge about the subtleties of the market and the differences in neighborhoods was invaluable. Our closing became complicated towards the end, as they almost always seem to. She was in our corner the entire time not only with contract details but on a personal level as well. I remember Linda telling me that she is a realtor because she just enjoys helping people. I see how this is so true for her and well we have definitely appreciated her help 100%. With out hesitation, I have and will continue to pass on Linda's name to others who are looking for a home in our area.

Jennifer Shelley was the first realtor to ever show us a home in MT and though we didn't end up buying until a year later, we always knew who we wanted our realtor to be. Her knowledge, expertise, hustle and professionalism made us feel fully comfortable we had the right person working on our side. The fact my children even loved her was a bonus!
