We purchased property 600 miles from our home. This was a first time purchase in 32 years and she was a tremendous help. We were novices and she took us step by step through the entire process. Jennifer really knows the real estate business.

Rebecca Donnelly was great in helping us find our new home. I called her several times for information on different homes, she got back to us right away with the information we needed, it is hard to do things long distance, she was always there when we needed her.

Rebecca did right by me in many ways! After searching for homes and finding the dream home for Jody, my wife, and I, I asked what she could do to put the home in our hands. She took care my making an offer the seller could not refuse! No price haggling! Then she strongly suggested a home inspection! The home inspection resulted with issues that Rebecca handled with wisdom! We were able to settle issues in an extremely fair and timely manner! I wish to have Rebecca’s ability to listen without interruption! She was really attentive to my fears, needs, and concerns with clarity in her answers! Rebecca partnered with me to not allow personal challenges interfering with the home purchase process! The most important professional quality about Rebecca was her owning/apologizing for any unintentional mistakes made along the way. I certainly was gifted by Rebecca treating me respectfully when my stress levels were elevated!

Chance was very helpful in walking me through the process of being a first-time homebuyer. He was always available to answer questions and quick to respond.
