Sheila was great. Very nice, but will not get pushed around when negotiating. She was very patient and helpful in our family finding a home in the price range and area we were looking. If I sell or buy another home , Sheila would be my first call.

I couldn't be happier. My experience with Danni was so enjoyable. My parents sold their home of 46 years, and retired in Missoula. They were very unfamiliar with Missoula's property market, and have a list of very particular demands. We left messages with several agents, and Danni was the first to respond. She showed us several homes, tolerated our indecisiveness, an encouraged us to keep looking until we knew we found the right place. She showed us the same house multiple times. She discussed the surrounding market, and answered our questions thoroughly. My mother stated, "Danni is young, but quite impressive!" She successfully lined up a home inspection quickly, and negotiated the cost of the home to include the inspection results. My family is so grateful. Danni made a seemingly daunting task enjoyable. Nancy Curtis, who is based out of Billings, MT., was referred to me by the mgr. of the bank who held the mortgage on my property. I had 3 lots, which the bank agreed we could short sale. From the moment I contacted Nancy she aggressively marketed the properties and within a couple of weeks sold two of the 3 lots to different buyers. She negotiated not only with the buyers, but also the bank and everything went very smoothly. During the entire process she kept me informed and was always diligent in getting things done. I have one more lot to sell and there is no doubt she will get it sold in a timely manor. I can't say enough about Nancy's abilities to get the job done. I would certainly use her again and recommend her to anyone.

Cole was extremely pleasant to work with. This was my first time buying a home and he made the process quite smooth. He also didn't mind answering all of my questions considering I had very little knowledge in this process. His knowledge of the area (which places are highly sought after, what will sell quickly, what will unlikely be able to negotiate, what places will have a better resale value down the road) was hugely beneficial in streamlining the process. He was also very flexible as far as my schedule was concerned to look at houses. Cole was realistic, honest, trustworthy and extremely knowledgeable!
