Sheila makes the process of buying a home almost effortless. She listened to my list of priorities and wishes and found me the perfect home. All in ONE day. Each home that we toured filled my checklist. But then there was that one perfect one for me. I am from out of town and Sheila stayed at the office late to fill out the paper work...explained and guided me through the endless papers that needed signing. Sheila is very knowledgeable and experienced in the Billings market. She is well connected and knows of upcoming sales before they're listed. She sold our house without it being listed so when we went to purchase our new one there was no contingent sale. There was never any sales pressure and she knows that real estate takes time, so we never felt hurried to buy if it didn't match what we wanted. Sheila is fun, smooth, fast to respond, professional and I'd definitely recommend her to anyone!

Sheila was very professional and had empathy for our situation. Even when she was out of town she made sure that we were cared for and never left us wondering what was happening with the purchase. We only met her a couple of months ago from calling on a listing she had on a duplex from her sign in the front yard. We consider Sheila a very good and trustworthy friend now. Chance is a great guy to work with. He helped my wife and I buy our first home in Montana. He is very skilled and motivated to get the job done. Chance took us on a tour of about 5 homes one day. We really liked the last house of the tour, and Chance put an offer in for us that day. We had some delays during escrow with getting an appraisal from the credit union. Chance hung in there and was by our side the whole time. He was great at keeping us up to date and made sure everything was in line. He also put in repair request and got some minor repairs taken care of before we moved in. I would highly recommend Chance for all your real estate needs. Thanks buddy!

Very knowledgeable on VA loans and we had an issue with the carpets being deep cleaned and not did she go to bat and get it cleaned again but she let them in and locked up afterwards while we were on our tenth anniversary. Thank you!
