Stephanie was a pleasure to work with. She was willing to show me properties before I was sure I wanted to sell my home. Before I sold my home I wanted to look around to see 'what was out there' and decide if selling and downsizing would be in my best interest. During the time I was undecided she was still always willing to take her time and show me properties and she didn't know if she would get a listing from me or not.. Stephanie was very patient and understanding and she was never pushy. When I was ready, she listed my house and I'm very pleased with the results. She was always very professional, knowledgeable, kind, not pushy, and a good negotiator. I can't say enough good about her. If I need a realtor in the future she would be my first call. I would recommend Stephanie to anyone looking to sell or buy a house.

Nancy was just amazing helping me sell my house as well as getting into a new place. She went above and beyond to make the process as simple as possible. She is very knowledgeable about the Billings market and gives advice on the best course of action accordingly. If I ever have to move again I will be calling her first!!

Awesome service!!! Jennifer made us feel as though we had been friends for years, even though we just met. Our first deal actually fell through due to an inspection, and within 18 hours she found us the perfect home. When we decide to sell our home we will be calling Jennifer again.

Stephanie went above and beyond to help us first time home buyers go through the process. She constantly followed up on items and helped us stay on track, along with the bank and seller. We never had to worry that something was slipping through the cracks on her end. She even helped us sell our home. We would recommend her to any and everyone! You will not be disappointed!
