I have 44 years in all facets of California real estate. I met, David, in August 2016, over a listing he had, via Zillow . His listing sold while we were in conversation, but I was so impressed , I used David on another transaction. We opened an escrow on a lot ,early September 2016, , but we cancelled due to some HOA restrictions. David worked tirelessly to change the restriction, with the association, to no avail. So I had David ,make me a wish list on my wife and I requirements, in early September 2016. He did and I flew up and met him September 30. I reviewed his list and we were in escrow on a property October 2. We closed December 1 with local financing. All questions, that needed answers, got them. Any expert advice as to contractors, sub contractors, escrow, financing, got them. Very smooth 60 day escrow. My wife and I could not be more pleased. Will recommend to any of our friends looking to relocate to area.

Jennifer went over and above to get this house sold.She did a great job in marketing this house and got a good price for it in the end. Always returned phone calls and was eager to get the job done. She will be listing our next house.

David Fetveit helped us purchase a lot in Lakeside, Montana. We made an offer on this property a year ago which was rejected. We made another offer which required some negotiation. David was able to meet a compromise with the seller. He also helped us negotiate a creative agreement with a local bank. He did an excellent job in all respects.

Jennifer showed me several houses and when I found the one she walked me through all that I needed to do. She was always available to answer any questions that I had. It was the first time that I had bought a home and she made the whole process enjoyable. Having Jennifer helping was a blessing.

Mrs Ogren Is wonderful to work with, extremely knowledgeable about the houses she's selling and the area she's selling in. have questions she will help you get the answers. I couldn't have asked for a better agent. when my Little house all went through I was left with a touching gift too boot. it was so heartwarming to walk into My new dog grooming Boutique and see some nice dog bowls and a dog toy. made me feel at home, I only will work with Mrs Ogren

Matthew handled the sale of our remote, off-the-grid property. It was not an easy place to sell. He went far beyond what we expected from a realtor both during the selling process and then making a sale happen. We highly recommend him.
