As a Veteran seeking a VA loan, I was some what apprehensive on whom I should retain. For my situation, I required specific prerequisites, that were significant, and crucial. After doing some research, and talking to individuals Rebecca's name came up. I used Zillow and other sites to explore potential homes that had the possibility of meeting my needs. My initial contact with Rebecca was while she was driving. She immediately pulled over and took the time to listen to me carefully. I indicated to her my situation and needed amenities for a house. She was attentive and understood. Working with her was a compete joy. She is extremely competent with her interactions with me and others involved it the transaction. After I accepted a transfer to a new city, we had Chance do a market analysis of our home. We decided sell our home and listed it with Chance. He responded when we needed him and offered sound advice. Our house sold quickly and at the price that Chance had predicted.
