We contacted Cole to meet about listing our home. A friend of ours recommended him because of the marketing presentation he performed for them. We met, listened to his marketing presentation, and immediately listed our home. He proceeded to have photography done on the home, which included using a drone to view the birds-eye look of the home and surrounding area. He also had a 3D tour of the entire home performed. This photography was, at the very least, very impressive to prospective buyers. We received a contract after the first and only showing! Cole negotiated to a very close to full asking price. He also negotiated an additional 30 day post-closing occupancy as we were moving out of state and needed that time to properly relocate. We would highly recommend Cole to anybody for their real estate needs.

Jennifer is in the right industry. As soon as we mentioned we wanted to list our house, she got on it. Every part of the process had Jennifer involved and we loved it! Even through a really cold, snowy, winter and holidays, our home was getting great exposure to buyers. She did a terrific job with our listing and sold it in less than 45 days when everyone else said, "maybe in the spring it will sell."

When I first moved back to Missoula after being gone for 25 years, I had my two adult/college kids with me. I was rusty on neighborhoods, and I didn't know if I should buy a duplex, if I should build or if I should buy new construction. I was all over the map...for over a year! But Devin was exceptionally patient, knowledgeable and diligent in helping me find exactly what my grown family needed. Thanks to Devin, we found new construction in my price range that was perfect for my family. Four years later, we still live there and we still love it.
