Once I had contacted Courtney, whose number I received from Steve Svenson, she immediately swung into action by showing my wife and I several properties until we settled on the property which we are now in. Chance is very easy to work with. He knows the market well, gives good advice and, if information is not readily available, he will dig deep and get the answer very fast. He is very responsive to any questions or problems and will get back very quickly. He even changed some of his travel plans for us to accommodate our tight schedule. Several follow up questions after the purchase of our home arose and he took care of everything! Highly recommend him!!!
