I would highly recommend David Fetveit to anyone that is searching for property. He is extremely professional and knowledgeable. Has a honest quality which makes you comfortable working with him. When looking at property with him he looked for signs of problems and commented on the quality of construction, finish, etc. He gave us good advice which was much respected as well as appreciated. I tend to be a critical person of professional services. The initial reason I selected Nancy as a realtor was her immediate responsiveness to my initial phone call. We did not receive any high pressure sales, rather options aligned with the criteria we set. It took over a year for us to find and close on a property. We have both bought and sold homes in the Flathead with Sandy Oconnell as our realtor. In addition we have bought and sold multiple times in other parts of the country, so we have learned what works and what doesn't. Sandy is by far the best realtor ever. She really cares about her clients and works hard for them. When we were selling our house, we heard from several people that she was the hardest working realtor in the valley. In a tough market she got it sold. When we were buying she really understood what we wanted. During the entire process of selling and buying she got out there and made sure every base was covered. She was always there for us. She answered our texts, phone calls, and email fast. She kept us informed and answered our questions even after the deal was complete. She is a great person to work with whether you are buying or selling.

Sandy was extremely helpful and efficient! She was honest and always available for us, she got us the new listings right away and made sure we got a showing as soon as possible! Her negotiating skills are incredible and what made it possible for us to close on our house! Her dedication and knowledge would be hard to top! I would highly recommend Sandy to anyone!

Jennifer was an unknown to us. We found her online from reading reviews. Wow! She is great. Start to work with her and your confidence level just increases with every action on her part. She helped us find and purchase a property in Montana while we live in Ohio. She got an inspector to the property within 2 days while we were still in town, so we could walk through he property with him. She hooked us up with the most professional bankers, movers etc. I can't say enough about her keeping track of everything in the legal loan process and purchase agreements. Even a temporary lease back agreement. You will be very happy if you choose Jennifer. Honest, personable and professional. We will consider her a friend when we get to town.

Jenn was an incredible realtor for us. She was immediatly responsive, went out of her way to help us figure out a wide variety of details about our property (we were buying raw land and had a range of questions about permitting and construction). She was honest and straightforward with us, and overall made the process much easier and reassuring. An amazing realtor, and one that I would recommend with reservation.

I have so much confidence in Nancy, and highly recommend her expertise to anyone in the market to buy or sell a home. She has assisted me in selling my home in 2 days with multiple offers and she has helped me purchase a home shortly after.
