I would highly recommend Chance Wachholz to anyone looking for a new home. He was professional, knowledgable, friendly, and easy to work with. We were moving from out-of-state and he made sure to familiarize us with the area and show us many homes in a short period of time.

Linda was extremely helpful, insightful, patient and knowledgable.
