Heather did a market study for us on unusual properties that required going beyond the normal listing information. Also, we were out-of-state and needed her to evaluate properties and make video which she did quickly and well.

We worked with David over the course of 12 months to locate and purchase a home. David is very knowledgeable of the Flathead Lake real estate market, and was very responsive to all of our requests. He provided excellent advice, offering pros and cons to different communities and different homes that we considered. He listened to our needs and wants, and his recommendations reflected his understanding of our housing goals. David was particularly helpful in dealing with us as remote buyers. We were living in Virginia and wishing to buy in Montana. He provided excellent, timely information via email and telephone. He even gave us a guided tour of the property that we eventually purchased via Facetime. During the negotiation process David offered us good advice and represented us well. We required the purchase to be coordinated with the sale of an investment property in Virginia, by way of a 1031 exchange. David managed the Montana end of this complicated transaction very effectively. David guided us through the entire negotiation and settlement process and gave excellent recommendations for service providers, as we needed several projects to be completed upon closing. David was always calm and friendly, and a pleasure to work with. He was instrumental in giving us a warm welcome to our new home and community. We strongly recommend David for home purchases in the Flathead Valley, and particularly on and around Flathead Lake.

I wanted to share some feedback on my experience working with David in a recently completed transaction. The realty experience I had was impressive in a number of ways but I felt like David’s competence, patience and attention to detail were particularly noteworthy. David’s proactive input in helping a client to evaluate the long term value of each prospective purchase along with the potential market hazards, across a spectrum of options, made me feel much more confident in moving forward with my final decision. A realtor who prioritizes providing their client with the proper long term perspective, rather than simply trying to close a potential transaction quickly, is the type of professional that you have confidence in returning to again in future transactions.
