To any friend, I would recommend the services of Jenn Ogren. Our process of buying a house wasn't easy, as we live overseas. It took months of patience and lots of communication. Jenn handled it all and made it seem easy. Jenn's knowledge of the area was not just informative, but helped us immensely in our decision making. Once the process really got serious, she was expert at getting us the best deal possible on the house we loved. Jennifer sold our home fast and helped us buy a new home. She is great at what she does. She is very friendly and professional and has great knowledge of the homes and market in this area. We were out of state buyers looking in a new area and Jennifer took the time to educate us. Once we identified the property we wanted, Jennifer negotiated a terrific deal with a very skilled and savvy seller. We closed in 34 days and are looking forward to spending most of our time in the area. She has been very helpful in providing us with the local services and contacts. We had the pleasure of working with Chance to purchase a home in Columbia Falls. At our first meeting, he was able to put together a list of properties for us to visit the next day. He was very willing to show us properties in a short time. When we made our decision to go ahead with a purchase, he worked efficiently to make the closing happen within a month. Heather was the best thing that could have happened to us in our search for a home! My husband and I came to Missoula for a long weekend, in hopes of finding a home. We were on a major time crunch, because I was expecting a baby in a month, so if we were going to be able to move to Missoula, we had to find a house that weekend. We quickly discovered that the market in Missoula is extremely competitive, especially in the price range we were looking. Heather was aware of this and moved very fast to set up viewings for us, and when the time came that we found a house we loved, she helped up come up with a competitive offer that day, which was good because there were 9 other offers in on the house! Heather went above and beyond, negotiating our offer and communicating our situation to the sellers. In the end, they picked our offer! We really owe it to Heather, she was so amazing! This was our first home and she walked us through the whole process, explaining everything to us in a way we understood and were able to feel informed every step of the way. Heather was so supportive and friendly. She helped us get plugged into the community, giving recommendations for doctors, helping us get utilities set up, etc. We also had some holdups with the bank right before closing, which left us stranded in a hotel for over a week with all our belongings baking in the hotel parking lot in a uhaul during a heat wave. That was such a stressful situation, but Heather called almost every day to see how we were doing, asking if she could help in any way, and if we needed anything to let her know; her thoughtfulness meant so much to us and helped to relieve some of the stress! I really cannot recommend Heather highly enough!
