I was referred to David by a local contractor who claimed, "David is the most knowledgeable about the area you want to purchase land in." After dealing with David a few times, the claim seemed true. David's local knowledge of streets, areas, geography, his access and immediate passing on of data and mapping, all made the greatest difference in a successful experience. He knew how to negotiate with other local realtors, get through common roadblocks encountered in the area, and spent good quality time making sure that the deal didn't just go through with the basics, but that I was taken care of in all needs; from third party contractors to local laws and regs I needed to know. He did an above and beyond job and I would do business with him again.

My family was relocating and I was already in town while the rest of my family remained back in Washington State. Kerry was incredibly helpful throughout the process of finding the home and helping us determining the best home for our money. She was very flexible in accommodating our needs. This included doing a live video walk through of the home for my wife and kids, opening up the home when family was in town to see and making sure all our banking and closing documents were in order.

2017-Jennifer is one of the best. She was representing the sellers as well as us (the buyers) and during the process I felt she always had our best interest at heart. Our transaction went as smooth as anyone would want and Jennifer was a big part of that process. Someday when we are ready to sell this house, Jennifer will be our listing agent for sure. Highly recommended!!!! 2018 Update: Well, we have now sold this house and as I said, Jennifer would be the one to list it. Here is our timeline....We emailed Jennifer around Oct 10, 2018 and told her we were THINKING of moving out of state and if she would be interested in listing the house. She came by the next day and did a walk thru to give us an idea of the value and the current market. We signed the contract the next day for the listing. One thing I like about their process is that they don't just throw a listing on the market without it being ready to go live. They want it perfect from the start. Around Oct 15, pictures were taken with the same person that took the pictures when we purchased the house. We really wanted to use him again as we really liked the pics the first time. On Oct 21, the listing went live, and boy did it go live quick. Within the first few hours we had multiple showings scheduled. Within the first few days we had multiple offers, all well above asking price. We actually ended up with a primary contract and two backup contracts...all well above asking price. When the primary contract didn't go thru (buyers with way to many issues to deal with) Jennifer was able to get the secondary contract into place very quick. We ended up closing with the backup contract on Dec 7th. We literally went from thinking about putting the house on the market in early Oct to closing within two months. Not an easy task in Montana, especially missing out on the summer selling season and going into winter time very quickly. Both our purchase and sell of the house went perfect. Always great communication and attention to detail. Jennifer and her team are so knowledgeable with the whole process. The whole process just couldn't have gone better.

Rebecca worked with me to sell my home last October and she did a great job. I was pleased with the outcome. She is a very knowledgeable agent and is an assertive hard worker. She is always available when I need to contact her. She listens well and is very professional throughout the process. I will hope to use her again when the time comes. Her associate is also an excellent real estate agent is has her own special knowledge of Western Montana real estate and the existing communities.

We decided to go with a new build, instead of an existing home, which meant Jolena had to put up with us for an extended amount of time. She "held our hands" through the whole process and was very quick to respond when we had questions or concerns.
