David responded immediately to all of our inquiries and was extremely reachable. We requested additional documentation and historical information regarding a lot we purchased and David turned that information around very quickly with full and complete knowledge and understanding. Sheila provided us with honest and enthusiastic service. Her approach to marketing our home was wonderful. Timing was not great as we needed to sell our home during the winter months. She worked hard for us during the slow time, and did not lose momentum as spring finally arrived and the market woke up. It took longer than we had hoped to sell our house, but it was due to timing & market conditions. Sheila did a great job for us.
