Janet follows through with what she tells you she will do. She will return text or calls within a reasonable time frame. Janet has done everything I have requested as a seller to enhance the possibility of a buyer for my home.(ex, open house, additional signs, etc.) My beautiful home is still for sale & the "right" people will find it.

You won't find another agent that is so motivated. She will go above and beyond for you. You don't have to worry if paperwork is being done and everything is moving as fast as it can move. It seems we hit one road block after another. Every time I called David in a panic he was already "on it" and sounded confident. He seemed to always be looking ahead and making contacts that may be needed to take care of issues that kept coming up. I am so grateful for his persistence and positive attitude. When it looked like I would be out of the country when the closing finally happened David and the people he worked with on this sale made sure all things were set up to make it happen. I came home to the finished product and am thankful!
