I could not have asked for a better Realtor! Christy put together an AMAZING video of my home and the surrounding area, and we had multiple offers within days! She helped me sell my condo for ABOVE list price (!!), then patiently showed me new home after new home, pointed out important features I was not keyed into, and ultimately helped me purchase a new home in my dream neighborhood in Bozeman! Chance is great real estate agent. We were looking at a couple different housing programs. Chance sent over lots of different properties that would accommodate us and he was always on top of getting us showings. He always responded when an hour of me or my wife asking him questions. This was our first house we bought and Chance was very knowledgeable how we should go about getting the seller to accept out offer.
