We chose Ben over 4 other realtors that we interviewed because we felt he fit what our property had to offer. The property is rural, on a rough dirt road, 25 miles from town. We felt the property would take a special buyer. That setting would only have an interest to a person who liked the outdoors and all that the setting had to offer. Ben is young , enthusiastic, drives a pick up, is a hunter and a long time Montanan. Indeed we picked the right person. He also marketed the property in a unique way: First using a professional photographer to take many photos, including aerial shots.
