I don’t know where to start with how fortunate we were to find Jennifer and her team in our search for our Montana Dream Home. Jennifer was patient, informative and understanding while working with us cross country in our pursuit of a special piece of Montana. Jennifer arranged for some last minute and impromptu showings, not always an easy task, and spent time educating us on the surrounding Flathead Region. She helped “close the deal” and facilitated the final negotiations. Once we had an agreement of sale, Jennifer and her staff spent endless hours -from arranging contractors and inspectors to thoroughly going over the house from top to bottom. As we were living on the east coast, we could not always attend each and every meeting. She left us with no worries-thoroughly and expeditiously getting needed info to us for review. Matthew was a true partner in our recent purchase. He took time to understand our needs and our budget. His expert advice gave us great confidence in our bid, as well as the process from acceptance to closing. As we continue to accumulate investment properties, Matthew will be a significant part of our process. Subsequent to the above review, we purchased another rental property with Matthew's assistance. Linda has gone above and beyond our expectations! We were "drop ins" one Saturday morning in late August. No appt. scheduled. No plans. Linda dropped everything to help us find an incredible home! Since that day, she has helped us in countless ways, We live in Illinois and have had to navigate a cross country purchase. Linda made this an easy process for us. Sorry my response has not been sooner. Computer problems have kept me significantly isolated. Solved now at the expense of sounding rhetorical. Bethany Johnson has been outstanding in securing me with the home I have been looking for. I lived in the Las Vegas area and made several trips up to the area I was most interested in, namely Polson, Montana. Bethany went out of her way in more than just traveling to Polson for me, but in many other ways of financing through the Veterans Home Loan process, inspections and in several financing choices that made it "tailor" made for my particular financing needs. She has been very honest and straight forward and I am fortunate to have found her. My "complicated" move was made much more trouble free through her diligence and hard work. While I was moving she took care of many things that a Realtor would not have done. Specifically, helping me procure yard equipment and the V. A. inspection process and the subsequent repair work that had to be done. I could go on here but you get the idea, she recognized my home buying needs and then gave results that are second to none. I would recommend Bethany anytime to anyone looking to buy a home. Thank you for giving me the opportunity to give my opinion on a job that was well done and detailed.

After having used other realtors for other's reasons, we are relieved to have chosen David Fetveit to sell our home. David is patient, well-spoken, firm, intelligent and deeply rooted and regarded in the Flathead Valley. He was always available when we had any question and is 110% tech-savvy. We are valley long-timers and know many of the realtors in this area. He knows the entire valley inside and out, although his expertise along the west shore of Flathead Lake is superior. We trusted our sale to David and would do it again.
