David was completely professional. He gave me accurate information ( I was doing my own market research on the side) and handled our property sale well. David did what I asked as far as the general situation sale of the property (we were not in a hurry and did end up waiting for the right buyer) and I felt he was in my corner all the way. Our purchase became contenseous as the ‘out of town’ owners did not have a handle on the poor condition of the house. Their realtor was not willing to admit to the problems inspite of the well documented inspection. Cathy pointed out several structural issues described by a highly qualified inspector and several experienced/licensed contractors. She handled the negotiations with intelligence and grace. Cathy’s persistence got us through with a fair contract. We’re happy to have her not just represent us professionally, but to have her as a good friend.

Matthew helped me recently with an acquisition in the North Fork which was a lengthy, arduous negotiation right up to 5 minutes before closing, literally. Throughout the process he was timely, informative, willing to research everything I asked, willing to go the extra mile, and kept a sense of humor and smile. Sheila spent a great deal of time and energy showing me local investment property in a number of local areas. As a new investor, Sheila was incredibly helpful with her expertise of the market, she knew every current property that I might have an interest in, in a variety of price ranges. She also provided me with a list of financial institutions, contractors to do the work necessary, and what the property could potentially sell for. Her knowledge of the market was very apparent with her timely responses of what new properties came on the market, I truly felt I had an inside track on what properties were available. I would highly recommend using Sheila for real estate needs.
