We met Rebecca through another client of hers and immediately enjoyed her professionalism, quick response time, familiarity with the area we were looking, and her insight into each home or lot we reviewed. We originally fell in love with the Flathead Lake area, but could not find any properties that met our needs in over a year of searching. However, during this time she continued to work diligently at finding us options, and finally we located a perfect lot for building our cottage on the lake. Being from out of town, her insight as to direction of the sun, how the waves hit the property, wind potential, and local services town, was necessary for us. We found Rebecca to be one of the most patient Realtors we have ever had the honor of meeting, as she just continued to search until we found what we wanted. Thanks Rebecca! We really, really enjoyed working with Heather. We moved from out of State and benefitted from her vast real estate experience, knowledge of the area and connections with banks, loan offices, inspectors etc. She was sensitive to our preferences and helped us stay within our allotted budget. She was professional, friendly, caring and very helpful. She moved the administrative portion of purchasing a home along very quickly. She was very easy to work with and was extremely responsive. She guided us through the negotiation process with patience and insight. She even surprise us with a gift certificate to a local eatery at the end of it all. Our family purchased a house site unseen solely based on our trust in Jolena. We bought from out-of-state and worked with Jolena to buy a house for over a year until we found the house of our dreams. Steve is very experienced and has a wonderful understanding of the market in the Flathead.
