I lived in Washington State at the time and was wanting to purchase a home in Montana as my retirement home. I figured now was the time to find a realtor in the area that would help me achieve my dream. I started browsing the all the different realtors on Zillow and came across Heather. I wanted someone local, with significant time in the business, and not associated with one of the huge Realty Corporations. I was looking for that individual service that didn't make me feel like just another number. Boy did I hit the jackpot with Heather. She was genuinely excited to hear my story and help me with finding that perfect home, the one that checked all the boxes I had. I sent her a written description of all my boxes along with example pictures so she had a good understanding on how to filter the listings. Heather explained to me that because the home I wanted was not in town but was out into the mountain areas, inventory of available homes was low. It was the beginning of March and still very much winter there. She said May or June before inventories typically rise. I didn't want to hear that but she was right, made sense to me. A few days later I was shopping on Zillow and came across a home that I could not believe. It pretty much checked all my boxes. It’s a feeling that's hard to describe, you just know that's the one when you see it. I immediately texted Heather. Her response was great. Simply, "I'm on it". From that point on, things moved pretty quickly. Heather new exactly what was needed and when it was needed and what comes next. One of the great things about Heather is that she is very good about explaining any part of the process I didn't understand, and I had a lot of questions. She actually complemented me on the number of questions and that they were very thoughtful questions. I was just trying to learn and she understood that. There was a lot of back and forth documentation wise and Heather helped me through all that. Unfortunately I had made the mistake of choosing an out of state lender to fund a small portion of the cost, and the underwriter for that company ran everybody through the ringer. Not something Heather or anyone else involved had ever seen before but we were too deep in with them to pull out. Everyone, and I mean everyone were stressed, but that's a different review for a different company. Heather kept telling me that everything would work out and try not to stress too much. Ultimately she was right again and it all came together, albeit at the last minute. Heather is your typical working mom. More than once she would answer my call or text while picking up her kids or at some family function. Wither it was then or later, she always responded to my calls. It was her down home-ness that separated her from the "Corporate" person. She is an AAA+ realtor and an even better person. I couldn't recommend her any more. She's the best.

Nancy is a great agent. Throughout our home buying process, she went out of her way to make sure that we got exactly what we wanted and didn't waste a minute of our time on anything less or more. Our experience working with her was both professional and personal. She made us feel welcome, comfortable and that we were backed by someone with knowledge and experience. Nancy proved to be a great negotiator in a situation where most would tend to hold back. We couldn't have asked for a better agent.

David was absolutely the best, without him we never would have been able to complete our purchase, from start to finish he was able to answer all of our questions, show us any and all houses we were interested in, no matter how short the time frame, he never "rushed" us, he was more like a friend than a agent. He was the example of how a real estate agent is supposed to represent their clients, not just someone that puts out a sign and waits. Could not have asked for a better agent to represent us. Only regrets are this is probably our last home purchase and we won't have the opportunity to use David again.

Erin has been a huge to help to us. First she helped us buy our home and then nine years later, she helped us sell it. The selling process was very long and tedious, but she stuck with us every step of the way, going out of her way to run back and forth to the property in the middle of winter to help ensure the pipes didn't freeze between showings and making multiple trips to the hardware store, also in the dead of winter, to help us get our water heater fixed. How can you ask for better service and support. Erin knows Sandpoint and is well connected in the community. Simply the best.

Our family has now sold 3 houses and bought1 thru Kerry. Houses sold quickly, she had relationships with Contractors for minor repairs, arranged inspections, helped with financing and closing, etc. She is simply the best !

Kerry was everything I heard she would be and more. Her level of experience in guiding this out-of-stater through purchasing a home from afar, was nothing short of amazing. Kerry is knowledgeable, the consummate professional and offered a wealth of insights. As anyone who has purchased a house knows, availability of a real estate agent is key to this process.
