David was very quick and responsive to all my inquiries regarding the property we ultimately purchased in Kalispell. He was able to thoroughly provide information regarding easements and help clean up documentation regarding the lot of land. David was definitely a key reason why communication was so smooth and the closing process from initial inquiry to title was only about a month long.

Erin is a delightful person to work with! Her knowledge of the local area & real estate process in general is outstanding! She has gone out of her way to help us secure a piece of property. But, unlike many realtors who are interested in just making a sale, she also wants the piece of property to be a perfect fit for us. Dave is a seasoned real estate sales person that can be trusted to provide solid advice. He did a fantastic job helping us find contractors to prepare the home for sale (repairs, updates, and paint) which resulted in a much higher price for the home. We had 2 offers within the first 2 weeks and successfully closed the sale on time. Very satisfied with his service.
