Kerry was great to work with. She took the time to get to know us and really understand what our family was looking for in a home. She was available for showings quickly when new listing came on the market. She has great insight on the Billings real estate market so I could trust her feedback. We have bought and sold a few homes over the years and Kerry was by far the best realtor we have ever worked with.

Tyler did an awesome job for me. It was my first time buying a home so I wasn't sure what I was getting in to when I started. I wanted to look at different types of homes so I could find exactly what I was looking for and he was more than happy to help. We looked at many different places at many different times and he was always there. Once I found the perfect place, he was right there with all the paperwork so we could get our offer in right away. He was super professional and friendly the entire time. I now have a great home and I owe a huge thank you to Tyler for making it so easy. Thanks for everything, Izzo!!!

Provided great pictures of property : that showed all of services and views from the property and inside of the house , found the right buyer for the property and was guick to take care of any problems that slowed down the sale of the property.

First of all, I like to say that you probably won't find any realtor as honest, ethical and passionate about real estate as Kerry. This is the first time I'm writing a review for a realtor because she deserves it. Surprisingly, I met Kerry through Google search just out of frustration with other agents I've done business with in the past. My wife and I reached out to four agents including Kerry to help with real estate investment properties here in Billings MT. In just three days we discontinued with the other three realtor. We were extremely impressed with the experience, attention to detail, commitment and responsiveness from Kerry that we only wished we had met her all along. Honestly her experience and negotiating skills in this field is unrivalled. We didn't only get 12k for a new roof but an extra 10k from the seller for other upgrades on that property that I wasn't expecting or requested. Kerry went above and beyond and made sure my interests was first and also made sure we weren't leaving any money on the table. She had our back from day 1 to closing. She is all about the clients best interest, always willing to listen to you anytime of the day and resolves issues promptly. She made the whole process seamless compared to previous experience. Literarilly, she is a complete package for all real estate business whether you're buying a home, selling a home, fix and flips, rental property, construction, want to invest in real estate remotely, or just need some quality investment advice, etc. You won't be disappointed. Don't just take my word for it, look at her resume; the awards and recognition she has locally and nationally says it all. You just don't get those kinds of awards being ordinary. How many realtors can boast of the same accomplishments yet she's about the most humble and nicest person you ever meet and treats you with respect regardless of whether it's a million dollar or 100k home you like to invest. I highly recommend her.

When I bought my home in Billings in 2016, Stephanie Krueger handled the transaction representing both the seller and me. She was great to work with, promptly relaying information, answering my questions and facilitating agreement on price. She knows the process well, and the purchase was completed without a hitch. If I need real estate representation in the future, Stephanie is the first person I'll call. I highly recommend her services.

Danni did a great job putting together a professional package for our home sale. She assisted with everything from property preparation, to laying on impartial contractors when our older property needed a lift. I’m sure many homes were easier to sell than ours but Danni was still committed during the entire process. We appreciate her capabilities and believe she will serve others well in the region.

Jenn has done a wonderful job representing my family on multiple land and home sales. She is extremely patient and knowledgeable about the area. We had several different complicated scenarios including one sale to a local land trust that she handled very professionally. I would highly recommend her.

Tyler did a great job for us. He listened to our needs, showed us every property we were interested in, and ultimately found the house we purchased in a HOT market. He was professional, easy to get along with, and most importantly he was timely when it counted. I would absolutely recommend Tyler to anyone who needs a great agent!
