Selling a house is probably one of the most stressful things a couple can do. Jenn made this process so much easier than expected. She anticipated what was needed and knew exactly who to call and we couldn't be more pleased. We had a high end house and she had the right contacts to get it sold much sooner than we anticipated and for more money. I would wholeheartedly recommend her to anyone buying or selling their home.

I relocated from Texas to Billings, MT and needed to purchase a house asap with a job change (and income) in flux. Stephanie was great to work with. She had a slate of houses for me to look at in the half-day that I had to work with and helped me narrow my options and make the most of my time. She set me up with a mortgage broker small enough and flexible enough to understand and work with my particular parameters. I would highly recommend Stephanie Krueger.

Jenn is absolutely amazing! I would give her 6 stars if I could! She went above and beyond for us to make sure everything was running smoothly and on time. She would proactively address situations that would come up. She stayed on top of everything and communicated constantly. There is no one else I would work with.

The team of Christy and Craig Delger was there for us every step of the way in our process of down-sizing. Selling our home of 25 years and finding and purchasing a smaller one was very stressful. The Delgers began the process with amazing photos of our property. The home sold within the first 3 days. Then they helped us find a new property within a short period of time. Whenever there was a problem in this selling/buying process, they were there to make sure things went in the right direction. We definitely recommend them.

Christy Delger made the sale of my house in Bridger Canyon, Bozeman MT. a good experience.She is an upbeat and "can do" kind of lady. I never felt pressured or out-of-the loop. As I have indicated by giving her the highest number of stars, she is knowledgeable, she is an expert of all the previous and ongoing sales in the Canyon, she responded immediately to txts etc. and as the house was sold at asking price she I can attest to the fact that she is a skillful negotiator. However, I especially sing the praises of Christy because she listened to me,she took into account all my requests and concerns, she always gave me quick updates and her requests to me from the buyer were reasonable and to the point. So,working with Christy was an all around positive experience.

Tyler was nothing but professional, efficient and extremely helpful when it came to the home searching and home buying process. Tyler handled everything for us, but kept us informed so that we knew what was going on. We never felt like we couldn't ask questions, or that we were left in the dark. For our first time buying a house, he made the process quick and painless. I cannot recommend him enough!

We met Stacy while observing her represent someone else! We so liked how she handled her clients and their interests that we started using her ourselves. She is friendly and extremely competent. She knows the market and can help make those tough decisions at key points during a sale or purchase. Most of all one rightly feels that you have someone very good in your corner.
