I listed my townhouse for sale with Jennifer and she successfully listed, showed, sold and closed escrow in less than 60 days! Two years prior Jennifer had assisted us in a search for a new home. She patiently assisted us with property & wished us only the best when we decided to build a new home. So for the sale of my townhouse we interviewed several but selected Jennifer for the job. She and her team of experts were outstanding providing advice and assistance for staging & listing. They prepared an amazing ‘book’ of house, neighborhood and city features. We listed at what we thought was a fair price and the house sold in less than two weeks, record time for this area! I first want to say that Kerry sold my moms home in ONE day. She came over the day before listing and added a personal touch to the house that made the home look picture perfect. Her recommendations and expertise with selling homes is top notch. Kerry was able to streamline our inspection process and was able to refer the most affordable and professional contractors to fix our minor issues with the inspection. Honestly, I would never go with another realtor in Billings. There is a reason she has some of the highest sales numbers in Billings! She will take care if you and make sure that your home gets sold. Kerry is incredible! She is the best realtor we’ve ever worked with. She is extremely knowledgeable about every aspect of of real estate, and answers any questions or concerns you might have. We chose her to sell our previous home and to purchase our current one. She goes the extra mile to assist you with inspections and appraisals, and makes sure you don’t miss any deadlines. Chance, wow; thank you! Honestly this guy helped make a very stressful 2,000 mile move as comfortable as possible in our home search. When we were searching for an agent to assist us in purchasing a home, Heather came highly recommended to us by a very trusted source. We were glad we followed through and got her for our search. Prior to coming to town, Heather kept us up to date on the currect listings on the market with our specific needs in mind. When we came to town for our first look, she had selected homes that hit the mark. She really understood our needs and concerns and had homes to view with that in mind. We fell in love with the first house we saw which had another offer on it. We made an offer that day and Heather went to work to make sure our offer was submitted before the deadline. After our offer was accepted and the inspection was held, Heather was great in negotiating for us to see that we got everything fixed on our list. Heather personally was great to work with. She has a great sense of humor and was fun to be around. Yet when it came time to go to work, she was all business and very professional. We highly recommend her.
