Kerry is an EXCELLENT realtor, resource, and most importantly person. As a detailed and organized person, I decided to interview realtors before selecting one. Kerry came to the meeting prepared, knowledgeable, and ready to work. She was the obvious choice. We saw multiple homes over a few months (I’m particular) and she quickly picked up on my style and top needs/wants in a home. As this was my first home purchase I needed some guidance. She has tremendous knowledge about maintaining, remodeling, and the value of a home. I was impressed that she even pointed out potential problems in houses (she didn’t hide anything in order to make a sale). Instead, she pointed them out so I was aware and could make an informed decision. My future and home purchase was of value to her. Which leads me to the most important point: Kerry has the intangibles. She is honest, trustworthy, works harder than anyone else, takes care of business, always has a positive attitude, and is a good person. She is responsive, will answer all of your questions with a smile on her face, and make buying or selling a home stress free!

Stacy did an excellent job showing us what was available in the area. She had great insight on the homes in our price range and was a great advocate for us throughout the entire process. Most of all she was very sweet and friendly to my family! I would not hesitate to work with Stacy again.

Bethany is extremely approachable and is very responsive to questions. She has been very helpful to me as I navigate the purchase of a property in the Whitefish / Kalispell area. She answers communications quickly and if she doesn't know something, she finds out and gets back right away. It doesn't matter if it's an evening or a weekend, she always answers texts and emails. I have thoroughly enjoyed all our interactions. She works hard and is willing to go above and beyond to please a client.

Bethany has been extremely responsive and helpful as I have searched for a new Home 2500 miles away! She is always available for questions and she has even taken some of my ideas and come back with unique opportunities to show me as well as referred me to others as my search required. I would suggest utilizing Bethany if you are looking for someone who will be on your side!

Bethany was an awesome realtor with years of experience in Whitefish, Columbia Falls, and Kalispell Montana ! She helped us find exactly the type of acreage and home we were looking for ! She balanced our personal research w/ her extensive knowledge of the local market; and showed us comparable homes on smaller lots, ski properties, lake properties, and helped us with property management advice as well. We highly recommend Bethany for all your real estate needs !

This lady is SPOT ON! She has absolute knowledge of the flathead valley, she took her time with us to try to meet our needs and show us some homes to get ideas even though we aren't ready to make a move yet. She prioritized us and that spoke volumes. She is great to talk with, be with in person, and she has the much needed energy and drive to be a huge success without being overly pushy, and we loved that about her! She is just THE BEST!
