Tyler helped us with the purchase of a lot. We came from out of state and had many we wanted to see in only a few days. He took the time to drive us to each lot in different towns and find out all the information we needed to know. He arranged for the listing agent to meet us when we could not figure out which lot we were looking at. He is professional yet Friendly and very personable. Very responsive to all our texts and calls, and when we flew back home and needed some pictures, he did not hesitate to drive to the lot on his own time to send us photos and videos. Really appreciate all he did to help us realize our dream of owning a little piece of Montana. He also does a great “sonic run” down the hill with your kids!!

Grant was very helpful in every way. Answered all our questions and kept us abreast of any changes that came up. He negotiated on our behalf and we are very pleased that he was able get us into this home. We were so thankful that he coordinated the inspection process for us. Even after the sale he helped find a tree faller to remove a huge tree so we could have room to park our motorhome. Grant was professional and effective all the way.
