Paul Reizen is by far the best realtor we have ever had. We were so lucky to find him. We have only purchased a few properties over the years, but unlike other realtors, he has always made us feel like his most important clients. When we first started looking at homes to buy in the North Idaho area, we actually had a different realtor that we would talk to from time to time and ask questions. Then we contacted Paul on a property we were interested in seeing, and he was great from day one!. So nice, polite, down to earth and very approachable. He answered any questions we had and was continuously updating and contacting us on properties we might be interested in. It was great!!! We made several trips, 8 or more, moving things from California to Idaho. When we were gone he would line us up with 4 or 5 homes to take us to look at when we were back up here the following week. He talked to us all the time, kept us informed of new listings, and was ALWAYS there to answer and/or return our calls (mostly answer) usually within the hour. As Paul can attest to, we have had a wee bit of difficulty with the other realtors selling our home, haha. Eventually Paul found us our beautiful dream home. It closed 2 weeks ago, Paul still answers all my texts almost immediately, and i have no doubt he will always be that great guy that helps me and answers any questions i might have.

Great working with her. As first time homebuyers we had a lot of questions and Bethany was always available and quick to respond. Definitely a great resource and always friendly.

I was new to the area when I first started working with Bethany, but it didn't take long for me to realize I was working with the right realtor. Her enthusiasm, her knowledge of the area as well as her expertise in the house buying process went above my expectations. The longer we worked together, the more she understood what I was looking for and would immediately contact me when something came on the market she knew I'd be interested in seeing. And that's exactly how I found my beautiful piece of Montana! Bethany is amazing at what she does but is an equally amazing person inside and out.

Beth was very easy to work with, was knowledgable of the housing market, and always answered our questions quickly. She set up multiple showings that fit to our specific scheduling needs. She helped us navigate through the buying process as first time home buyers and helped us buy our home under budget. Heather truly is a phenomenal realtor who goes above and beyond to ensure your home purchase is a pleasant experience. As an active duty Air Force officer PCS-ing to Missoula for school, I was not afforded the luxury of searching for a home in person. Heather advised me on the best areas of Missoula considering my budget and desires for a house. She initiated video conferences along with capturing additional video and photos of the properties I was interested in. Once an offer was accepted, Heather helped facilitate each step of the home buying process while I was out of state. During this time she was easily reachable and was prompt to address any questions and concerns I had. Heather never failed to represent my interests and continued to help facilitate my transition into the home after closing. Paul was by far the best realtor we have ever had. We've only purchased 3 homes in our life, but he was great! From the first day we contacted him on a property we were looking at, to the day we closed escrow, he was always there to answer any questions or concerns we had regarding our purchase. He always answered or returned calls promptly. He always made us feel as if we were his most important clients. That was very, very cool for us, an entirely new experience really. Our previous experiences with realtors has always been completely the opposite. Lol, as Paul knows too well dealing with our realtor selling our house in California. Best Realtor Ever!!! I'd give him 11stars but the rating doesn't go that high!
