From the start, Kerry has explained every step in detail and been available to answer any questions. She immediately gets back to us and constantly keeps us updated. Lacy is a professional beyond measure. She took charge of getting all things set up that are necessary for getting our home on the market. She notified us of all those viewing the property on the internet and local market. When we got an offer she was able to negotiate the numbers between both the buyers and us to finalize the sale. We needed to do some changes to the property and she had the right people already lined up and ready to go for us making it easy to follow through. When we had concerns she had the answers to put our minds at ease. Making it easy for us to close on time which we greatly appreciated We highly recommend Lacy and would use her again.

Lacy helped us navigate a new and unfamiliar market and was incredibly helpful in helping us understand the process and the nuances of the Montana real estate market in Somers. Lacy was always in touch with us, very responsive to our questions, and was always available and willing to take call to help move our deal along. She also was invaluable after our purchase by helping get us connected to various local resources we would need as we transitioned to being Montana residents. Rebecca was amazing. We live out of state and were renting the property at the time of the sale. Rebecca handled everything perfectly, including the dealing with our renters and showings during COVID-19. She was a strong negotiator and saved us thousands of dollars.
