Simply put, Katie is the best...you can't go wrong having her as your agent. She took a very complicated process and made it painless. She found more value in our property than other agents had, and secured that value effortlessly. If I had 1000 houses to sell, she would sell them all. Kerry was invaluable to us in this process. She had to deal with difficult and demanding personalities on both sides, and she did so with incredible grace and patience. Kerry went above and beyond by taking time to answer every question; never rushing or pushing or pressuring us into a decision. We interviewed several local realtors/brokers (all top-tier and highly recommended), but Kerry was the most knowledgeable, helpful, and overall best fit for us. Tiffany helped me buy my first home. I had loads of questions and she helped me through each one. She talked and met up during weird hours for me and she hustled to get what needed to be done, done. I can’t say enough about the amazing Realor that she is! She is a local and knows the area well. She communicates well with all parties involved. Fantastic experience from start to finish. Nancy was at the top of her game throughout the entire process. Had answers to all our questions or would find them very quickly. Her advice and expertise was spot on as everything Nancy suggested or advised us to do turned out to be the perfect advice. Stayed engaged with us in a red hot housing market which was critical in us finding and purchasing our new Montana home. I can't recommend her and her team enough. Absolute best realtor I've worked with.

Working with Katie was great from the word go! To start, she came to our house to meet with us to discuss the selling process and what to expect. She came prepared with comps, a market analysis, and data to support the listing price of our home. Katie uses a professional photographer that was able to capture images that truly show the features of our home. While our home was on the market, Katie was consistently in contact with us and the relators that would show our home. Katie advocated for us as the sellers and was there every step of the way. During the sale of our home, we moved out of state and Katie went above and beyond to make sure that our home sold so we could purchase a home. Katie is passionate about what she does and is very familiar with Missoula and the whole Bitteroot Valley. I highly recommend her to anyone is buying or selling in the Missoula area.
